A structured handover and ongoing support will ensure a confident transition into full leadership responsibility.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leading and developing a high-performing allied health team (both clinicians and receptionists).

• Alongside your reception team, being the key leader at reception to ensure a seamless client experience.

• Monitoring key metrics and supporting staff to excel in their role.

• Refining systems, processes, and workflows with high-level office management.

• Coordinating and overseeing staff marketing initiatives and community engagement.

Shift Times

In this practice manager job, you will be available to work approximately 34 hours per week, with 1-2 afternoon/ evening shifts finishing at 8pm.

Flexibility to support additional hours from time to time is highly valued.
