Qi Medicine is a women’s acupuncture clinic in Moonee Ponds, supporting women through fertility, pregnancy, hormonal health, skin health and all stages of womanhood.

The Opportunity
You will be stepping into a well-established allied health clinic with strong existing systems and an experienced team, where your role is to support daily operations, team culture and values, and client experience.
Your key responsibilities in this role:
- Welcoming clients warmly and professionally
- Answering phones, emails, and client enquiries
- Managing bookings, payments, and appointment changes
- Supporting practitioners with smooth clinic flow
- Keeping reception and clinic spaces tidy and calm
- Following clinic systems, scripts, and processes
- Supporting general administration tasks
- Helping uphold the values, tone, and standards of Qi Medicine
Who You Are
You are:

- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Confident in supporting a team and holding standards
- Proactive and solution-focused

Experience preferred in one or more of the areas (training can be provided where needed):
- Reception or customer service
- Experience with systems such as HICAPS, Cliniko, and Excel
- Administration and operational systems
Shift Times
- Mondays 3–8pm
- Saturdays 9–4pm
Flexibility to cover additional shifts when needed is highly valued, including occasional cover for team leave, illness, training days, or extra clinic support.
